1. Who we are

This website is operated by APEX Yard and CO LLC ("we", "us"), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, trading as Apex Indoor Golf. Contact: sales@apex-indoorgolf.com.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you send us and what is needed to run the site:

• Quote and contact forms: name, email, phone, ZIP code, room dimensions, the products you are interested in, installation preference and your message.
• Browser storage: your build (selected products and room dimensions) and compare list are stored in your browser's local storage so they survive a page reload. They are not sent to us until you submit a form.
• Server logs: our hosting provider may record IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps for security and capacity purposes.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information. We do not collect payment card data on this website; there is no online checkout.

3. How we use it

• To answer your request, prepare a quote, check room fit and arrange delivery or installation.
• To keep a record of quotes and orders for warranty, accounting and legal purposes.
• To send you follow-up about your request. We do not send marketing newsletters unless you opt in separately.

4. Who we share it with

Service providers who process data on our behalf: the form-handling provider that delivers submissions to us, our email provider, freight carriers and partner installers (name, phone, address and delivery details only, when you order), and the manufacturer when a warranty registration or support case requires it. We may disclose information when required by law.

5. Retention

Quote requests that do not become orders are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Order records are kept for the period required by tax and warranty obligations.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing sales@apex-indoorgolf.com. You can clear the build and compare data stored in your browser at any time through your browser settings or the "Clear build" button in the builder. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws (for example California, Colorado, Virginia) may have additional rights; we honor valid requests regardless of residence.

7. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS when the site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to submissions to staff who need it to answer you.

8. Children

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
